• Day 2: Saturday, October 31, 2026 — Conference Opening, Keynotes & Sessions   

  • 08:30 – 09:00 Registration Desk Open   

  • 09:00 – 09:20 Opening Ceremony & Group Photo   

  • 09:20 – 11:00 Keynote Speeches (Dr. Mahito Kamada, Dr. Seongwoo Jeon, Dr. Chun-Yen Chang)   

  • 11:15 – 16:00 Parallel Oral Sessions (Rooms: 301, 302, 307)   

  • 16:00 – 17:00 Poster Exhibition & Judging I (Room 305)   

  • 18:00 – 20:00 ICLEE Committee Dinner   

• Day 3: Sunday, November 1, 2026 — Parallel Sessions, Posters & Closing   

  • 09:00 – 12:00 ICLEE Board Meeting & Editor Meeting (Room 414)

  • 15:30 – 16:30 Poster Exhibition & Judging II (Room 305)

Important Notes for Presenters

For Oral Presenters:

1. Time Allocation: Each presentation is scheduled for 15 minutes (including Q&A and transition).   

2. Session Verification: Please verify your assigned session, date, and presentation room (Room 301, 302, or 307) in the Full Meeting Agenda.   

3. Arrival: Presenters are requested to arrive at their designated room at least 10 minutes before the session begins to upload/test presentations.

   
   

For Poster Presenters (Location: Room 305):   

• Poster Exhibition I (Day 2 - Oct 31):   

  • Setup: 11:00 – 12:00   

  • Judging / Core Session: 16:00 – 17:00 (Presenters are required to stand by their posters)

• Poster Exhibition II (Day 3 - Nov 1):   

  • Setup: 10:30 – 11:30   

  • Judging / Core Session: 15:30 – 16:30 (Presenters are required to stand by their posters)
