Dear ICLEE 2026 Participants,
Welcome to Taiwan, and thank you for joining the ICLEE 2026 International Conference. To ensure that all presentation sessions proceed smoothly, please review the following guidelines for oral and poster presentations.
Oral Presentations
Each presenter will have 15 minutes in total: 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.
Please prepare your presentation file in advance.
Please arrive at your assigned presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session begins and upload your file to the classroom computer.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be prepared in A0 size and portrait orientation.
Please bring your printed poster to the conference venue and display it in the designated area by the specified time.
During the poster session, presenters are encouraged to remain near their posters to introduce their work and engage with participants.
Posters may be removed and collected after the poster session ends.
Poster Display Schedule
Saturday, October 31
Posters must be displayed by 12:00.
Posters should be removed at 17:00.
Sunday, November 1
Posters must be displayed by 11:30.
Posters should be removed at 16:30.
